ogt39180 ::: Favorites 2007-11-28 11:22:32 I was able to pick up this game in less than 5 minutes, it's very addictive once the controls are learned. You just have to swing a little early with the Wii, it's almost where you swing when you know what kind of shot you want to make, sometimes swinging as the other player is hitting the ball. Very Very fun game, definitely more than a 3 of 10 __________________________________________________

tnotf2 ::: Favorites 2007-11-16 03:23:56 I don't know about the TT computer game, but in actual table tennis you certainly can (say) move the bat left normally and see the ball go right if it's already got a lot of spin on it (it's also possible to aim the bat somewhat down yet when the ball hits it goes shooting up in the air). Also if you're moving the bat left and it's remaining roughly parallel to the nearest table edge then you will (obviously) end up reflecting the ball's path but spinning it right. __________________________________________________
tnotf2 ::: Favorites 2007-11-16 03:23:41 So... let's see... bad at TT on the 360 and bad at TT on the Wii (in the exact same way, you imply) and that means that the Wii controls were fudged??? Maybe you're trying to say that the Wii should be much better than the 360 in this context yet ends up being merely the same, but I think it would be more appropriate to blame the underlying control response. __________________________________________________ |
