ralferix ::: Favorites Yes, they are, I just got off the phone with WaMu and they charged my wife $27 for a $25 overdraft produced by an automated transfer from checking to savings when the balance was in fact at $0. This was due to a ATM withdrawl that happend at the same time and was not noticed by her. Anyhow a call to them didn't resolve the problem so I am considering talking to the LATimesm about this because I think that others need to be warned about these preditory practices.
