Getting so bold, they are stalking them while people are out walking there dogs "on leashes"!!!No these are not rabid, and no they arent being forced into town! Unlike where you live, we have plenty of wildland for them to roam! They are just taking advantage of an easy meal! We have so many salmon in our streams during summer it is easy for them.
